I fully appreciate the life of a busy woman so please, please do not ever judge yourself if you do not make the time every day to meditate. But as I mention in the book, when you get into the flow of regularly meditating, you will feel it within yourself when you miss a day. When you feel this happen, just be sure to listen to a meditation when you go to bed to re-fill that cup.
